H2SKID (HAZITEK)

TEAM GROUP Engineering participates in the project H2SKID (Nº ZE-2025/00028) HAZITEK program, selected by the Basque Government, SPRI and FEDER; with a total Budget of € 6.595.000 (€ 540.000 for TEAM GROUP Engineering)

The main objective of H2SKID is to conduct research into new technologies for the production of green hydrogen using a 1.25 MW AEM/PEM experimental portable electrolyser, as an enabling solution for supplying green hydrogen to end-user industries (and potentially oxygen for, for example, oxy-combustion processes) and to generate a strong local value chain centred on the electrolyser components and associated hydrogen compression and storage

This main objective will be materialised in a series of operational technological objectives:

Conduct in-depth research into advanced technologies for electrolyser components and associated equipment.
Research and test of new technologies for electrolyser components.
Strengthen the hydrogen value chain in the Basque Country by validating the use of hydrogen as an energy carrier to decarbonise industry.
