PARQUE PRIMAVERA NORTE

Team Group Engineering is participating in the technical supervision of Parque Primavera Norte, promoted by Alcaldía de Medellín, overseeing one of the most significant urban and functional projects of the current city administration, with an estimated investment of COP 200 billion (USD 55 million / EUR 46 million).

The project forms part of the city’s master plan to integrate the river into the urban facilities system, consolidating high-quality public spaces, strengthening pedestrian connectivity in the northern area, and enhancing the territory’s urban, environmental and cultural offer.
