READERS’ PRIZE 2025

Engineering & Culture. In an impersonal and fast-changing world, Team Group Engineering believes culture is a way to stay grounded and resilient. That’s why we’re launching our TEAM library collection with classic books and art references.

In 2025, our colleagues Iván Ramírez Elorza and Sergio Martín Portillo received the Readers’ Prize and had the opportunity to spend the night in San Sebastián, visiting the city and the Chillida Museum.

We do engineering with values, and we believe fostering a strong culture is the way to go.
