BEYOND THE OFFICE

This month, Team Group Engineering shared a different kind of working day at the REAL CLUB MARITIMO DEL ABRA – REAL SPORTING CLUB, combining sailing, time together and a session focused on teamwork.

The day gave us the opportunity to reflect on how strong teams are built: through communication, trust, shared responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Sailing was the perfect setting to bring these ideas to life. It reminded us that every contribution matters, but real progress comes from understanding how each part connects with the whole.

A different experience outside our usual environment, strengthening the relationships and mindset that support the way we work every day at Team Group Engineering.
